Head Chef & Founder

Born and raised on the island of Guam, Chef Jordan Quidachay learned the values of family and the importance of communal dining. From a very young age he spent time learning from his grandparents, who gardened and cooked everyday. He knew then, that being around food and dining was something he wanted to do for the rest of his life. This was the driving force toward the next steps in his career.

At 18 he left island life for Colorado to attend Culinary School at Johnson & Wales. Soon after he landed a job at The Kitchen Denver where the correlation of farmer, food, and communal dining were reinforced; an environment he thrived in. He then found himself on the opening team of Old Major learning from some of the best chefs in the city of Denver. At 23, he became the Executive Chef of Arcana in Boulder, Colorado.

Eager to learn more, Chef Jordan left for NYC and worked for some of the best restaurants in the world. From Two Michelin Starred Aska, to The Aviary NYC working directly under Three Michelin Starred, Chef Grant Achatz, he gained the experience he sought after. Wanting to expand his knowledge even further he positioned himself under 2017’s World’s Best Pastry Chef Dominique Ansel and has crafted chocolate for Brooklyn’s Mast Brothers.

Finding himself through cooking and traveling Chef Jordan now works as a Private Chef. In this role he is making elevated, thoughtful & genuine food for his clients. Giving them the Michelin Star experience in their homes, while bridging the gap between the honest Asian-Pacific culture of his home.
